SANTO DOMINGO – Ariel Grasso is beaming with pride and shouting his recognition from the rooftops. And who wouldn't be?… His team has been placed in the Top 6 of Remax's ranking of the best real estate teams in the world.
The Argentinian, accustomed to Dominican slang after 12 years of living in the land of merengue, is bursting with pride and his pride swells even more when he imagines the number of teams that the Remax franchise owns worldwide and his team positioned in the #6 ranking.

Eight thousand offices in 110 countries and to think that only the local Remax Metropolitana has 20 teams… phew, many globally, reason enough to accelerate the pace of their public relations, celebrate in style and make sure that even in the last corner they find out about their feat.
“We feel very proud because it allows us to compare ourselves globally. Locally, we might assume we're doing things right, but when you look at your global standing and you're in the Top Ten, it shows you're doing things well, and that obviously fills us with pride. It's been the result of many years of hard work, discipline, routine, trial and error,” Grasso explains.
The marketing professional has been involved in the real estate industry for nine years, seven of them with Remax. He started as an independent real estate agent until he realized he needed the structure and support of a solid brand and decided to join the first real estate firm to arrive on this half of the island.

“As a team leader, I created a model several years ago that is basically a triangle consisting of the following: first, the time we dedicate to the work; we measure time metrics of how much we dedicate to generating new prospects; second, the money invested; that is, in the real estate business we have to invest to generate new clients; and third, the experience, and for this we do exercises to see all the objections that clients may have,” he explains enthusiastically.

He makes it clear that all three points must align to achieve the desired success; one is tied to the other. To this recipe, he adds a heart in the center, which he calls the "right product.".
Ariel Grasso defines himself as a "restless real estate agent who lives innovating to stand out, to continue growing, always at the forefront, testing to improve results.".
His specialty is construction projects, where he and his team take responsibility from the initial design phase, crafting the product in a way that makes it marketable for developers. His goal is to sell them like hotcakes, which is why he racked up nearly 700 units in sales last year, he says proudly.
His team consists of 14 salespeople and five administrative staff. To his Arielgrassosystem model, he adds three ingredients that he believes complement his ideal recipe for exceeding targets: clear objectives, a target client, a target number of acquisitions, and metrics for everything each month—we don't wait for the phone to ring, we have clear objectives and we go after them; two, discipline and consistency—without a consistent routine you won't achieve the desired results; and three, passion.
This real estate professional understands that "the actions in this business must be driven by passion," although he is aware that many people are forced to start the profession out of necessity, for time and financial freedom, among other motivations; "but those who achieve success are the passionate ones," he affirms, concluding by stating that "I am one of them, I live, breathe and dream real estate.".
