With a top-notch lineup, aimed especially at real estate agents, this first meeting is packed with valuable content, covering important topics related to real estate work, with the purpose of providing information and tools that contribute to strengthening their work.
CENI is an integration and expansion platform conceived as a space for actors in the country's construction and real estate sector, with the vision of providing them with tools that strengthen their practice.
In this first edition, a group of outstanding women leaders with extensive experience in the sector have been convened, who will share their knowledge and experiences with the audience, which is expected to have the presence of 300 women, from nine in the morning to six in the evening.
The event will take place on “International Women’s Day”, recognizing the broad participation of the female population in the sector, whose unofficial statistics reach around 70% of its presence in the sector; representing one of the main pillars and supports of the career in the Dominican Republic.
A program with high content
During the day, relevant topics will be discussed, necessary for the proper performance of real estate tasks.
The information you need to know to advise an investor about the legal security offered by the country will be explained by Paola Romero, a specialist in the prevention of money laundering and real estate businesses.
Isely Almánzar, a specialist in luxury properties and investment, with 18 years linked to the sector, will speak about the importance of Airbnb as a guarantee of profitability; The Confotur law and its benefits will be the topic that Brenda Morales, from the technical direction of Confotur in the Ministry of Tourism (MITUR), will address. She is a corporate lawyer, with 18 years linked to the business and tourism sector.
It is International Women's Day and the Women in Real Estate Club, as an integrating experience of the sector, will be discussed by its founder Marbel Lugo, director of Exp Realty Dominican Republic, who has been dedicated to promoting real estate investment for 20 years.
Puerto Plata will be the guest destination of the first CENI Expo Forum and Birgitt Heinsen, president of the Cluster of that area, will educate the participants about the projects and plans of that zone.
CENI is also a space to showcase the entrepreneurial ventures of the sector's actors, and for this reason Cinthia Medina, general manager of the Savings, Credit and Multiple Services Cooperative of the Real Estate sector (COOPINMOBILIA), will offer details of the first initiative of this nature to emerge in the field of real estate in the country.
A panel will address the challenges of the real estate sector, featuring Rodelixsa Manzuela, regional director of KW Dominicana and main operator of the KW Capital business center, with 17 years of experience; Zoila Abreu, director of alternative sales at Scotiabank with more than 15 years in the financial sector, with extensive knowledge of Retail Banking products; and Annie Gómez, CEO of Houselink, a marketer with a master's degree in management and 20 years of experience in aviation and construction, who will be the moderator.
The question and answer section will be led by Luz Sarmiento, CEO of Urban Group, a firm with eight years in the Dominican market, specializing in tourist properties.
