The institution reported that its physical offices and digital platforms will be out of service on specific dates.
SANTO DOMINGO.- The Real Estate Registry announced that it will not be working on December 24, 26 and 31, as well as January 2, due to the Christmas and New Year festivities.
Through a statement published on its social media, the entity indicated that "our offices will not be working due to the Christmas festivities," as established in the official notice.
Similarly, it announced the temporary closure of its virtual offices, including the Cadastral Surveying services, the Title Registry and the RI Mobile application.
According to reports, these services will be out of operation from December 24 to 29, until 5:00 a.m., and again from December 31 to January 5, 2026, also until 5:00 a.m.
The Real Estate Registry is the department of the Judicial Council responsible for the systematic management of administrative bodies, created by Resolution No. 008-2020 of July 7, 2020, of the Judicial Council. It is composed of:
- The Board of Directors of the Real Estate Registry.
- The National Directorate of Title Registration.
- The National Directorate of Cadastral Surveys.
- The general administration of the Real Estate Registry.
