The institution seeks to facilitate the services offered to banking entities and enable access for users.
SANTO DOMINGO.- Within the framework of inter-institutional technical cooperation with the Superintendency of Banks (SB), the Real Estate Registry team presented to directors, managers and operational staff of that entity and financial intermediation entities the progress and improvements in processes and response times to user requests, as well as its new services and innovations, such as the use of the virtual office and the mobile application.
The objective of the initiative was to make these institutions, in their capacity as corporate users, aware of the facilities offered by the Real Estate Registry, such as personalized treatment and support for any requirement in the management of their procedures.
“The innovations adopted seek to improve the quality of service and access for users, strengthen coordination, collaboration and cooperation with users of the Real Estate Registry and the various sectors of Dominican society, as well as establish effective communication channels between them,” stated Adabelle Acosta, User Services Manager of the Real Estate Registry, who led the team of facilitators in the virtual workshop Advances and Services of the Real Estate Registry.
In addition to Acosta, the workshop was led by Grace Soriano, in charge of Review; Jenny Evelyn Lantigua, registrar of titles for the National District; Jorge Hernández, in charge of Planning; Griselda Rojas, in charge of Corporate Users; Michael Campusano, Operations manager; Migleyny Veloz, Operations analyst; and Carlos Rondón, manager of the Common Processes Unit.
The government entity's website states that during these exchanges, details were offered regarding the Institutional Strategic Plan of the Real Estate Registry, its implementation projects, the main advances and innovations in the service, the new technical provisions, services for corporate users and the use of the Virtual Office and the mobile APP.
