SANTO DOMINGO.- Given that the real estate sector is booming, companies that offer services to its protagonists must stay ahead of the curve and keep up with the demanding market, which is constantly evolving.
Alterestate is not resting on its laurels and this coming January 17, coinciding with the start of the new year, it is preparing to launch the "The Terminal" section, so that the more than 1,800 agents who use the platform can have more useful information available regarding their work.
“Through this section, real estate agents, real estate companies, and all users of our platform will be able to access market studies of the sector, see the behavior of prices, housing prices in certain sectors, and square meters per sector,” explains Michael Mota, CEO of the entity.
The launch is scheduled for the 17th of this month with a virtual presentation, taking into account the health situation the country is going through, which requires maintaining physical distancing.
Alterestate began operations in 2020 and its database includes almost 300 real estate companies, mostly in Santo Domingo and the province of La Altagracia.

“We focus our work on the management of real estate agencies, everything related to client management, closing deals, commission control; we have a real estate network that is a site where properties are shared among themselves,” Mota points out.
He adds that his company's emphasis is on helping businesses manage their operations so that they can become much more productive through technological tools.
