SANTO DOMINGO - Susana Matos joined the Aliss Dominicana family five years ago, where she is now the area coordinator at the Metro Plaza branch, located on Charles Sumner Avenue in Santo Domingo.
The holiday season keeps her busy, receiving new arrivals and serving customers who are stocking up on collections for the most festive time of the year, which our interviewee says is her favorite time.
We spoke with the young executive, who not only takes care of providing quality customer service, but also of having the merchandise on time and creating beautiful collections for the buyers, where she makes sure to offer attention that motivates the user to return and have a good experience.
In the midst of his busy day and with Christmas approaching, El Inmobiliario visited the Allis store and talked to Susana about her working relationship with her clients and her day-to-day life.

What is your relationship with your clients like?
Excellent. I provide quality service so that you will always return more often and speak highly of us.
What do you like most about your job?
This time of year, Christmas time.
What are your responsibilities in this job?
Provide good customer service, have merchandise for your collections, and create something beautiful for the customer.
¿What do you do in your free time?
Spending time with my family.
What are your working hours?
From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
How long have you worked at Aliss?
Since 2018.
What did you do before working here?
I was a cashier for 3 years at the Trio Moda store.
Any moments with a client that threw you off balance?
Yes. But we should always try to ensure that the customer leaves with a very good impression of us
Always give the customer a good smile. They're the reason we're here working.
What do you like most about life?
"Everything, I like everything!".
