Family is the driving force of society. That's the belief of the large real estate family at Premium Real Estate

“When you have a clear objective and there is respect and commitment to the goals, everything is fine.” María Rivas.

SANTO DOMINGO.- This large Premium Real Estate clan agrees that family is the main driving force of society, the motivation that drives them and the core that inspires them and on which they base their life projects.

Tirso Herrera and Glauco González lead a large staff of professionals where 58 people live together, including three families with fourteen members each, including a married couple. Today we present one of these families, made up of uncles, cousins, nephews, siblings, and in-laws. They all share their opinions separately.

Maika Maldonado, who leads one of the teams, defines family as “the main axis of this engine called society; it is the backbone that drives us to strive for success every day.” She has been involved in the real estate world for nearly 23 years and believes that working with the family allows them to complement each other. “We have a level of trust and respect that allows us to work comfortably, so everyone who joins us feels at home and like family.”.

The aunt of all, as she calls herself, explains that when they are in the office they know they are colleagues "with more love than normal", at the door they leave their family clothes and put on their real estate advisor clothes, when they leave they put on their family clothes again and continue their lives.

He asks families in crisis to put everything before God, "that He be our center, that in that moment when they need us most we are there and put our shoulders so that they can lean on us and we can continue, this radiates to all those around us and we cause that domino effect, but of love and trust.".

Glauco González has been involved in the sector for 20 years. For him, family is the most important part of society. “At Premium, we understand family as a group of people bound by affection, love, and kinship, a space for interaction and a desire to live together, united by the principle of mutual support to grow and develop as individuals and as a company.”.

Working together, she says, translates into quality time invested in teamwork that will yield great results because her children will have the opportunity to seek the common good and identify with family values and goals. “A sense of belonging.”.

He separates both roles by doing an exercise: when he arrives at the home of any family member who works at the company, he doesn't discuss work-related topics. "Not at family gatherings, not at birthdays, and I try to leave work-related matters at the office.".

It encourages families in crisis to practice communication as a primary focus, working towards common goals, where a common benefit can be achieved rather than an individual one.

Katheryn Castro is a niece and cousin, and has been involved in the real estate world for eight years. “Family is the driving force in my life, my daily priority, and my motivation.” She believes that the ease and ease that come from trust and lifelong acquaintance are advantageous; she notes that separating work and family is the most difficult part, and she's not sure she can achieve it completely, but she knows that the important thing is to try to give each its own space. Respect and appreciation, “because they are for life,” is what she asks of families in crisis.

Anselmo Valdez López jumped on the real estate bandwagon six years ago; he is a first cousin and nephew of the Premium clan. “Family is the most beautiful thing any human being can count on, that’s why it’s the center of society,” he emphasizes.

Feeling confident and protecting each other while maintaining professional and professional respect with each client, making them feel like family, is one of the benefits she cites for sharing the workplace. Respecting each other's space and handling office and home matters separately is the technique she uses to distinguish roles.

He urges families in crisis to support each other, that even if they see crisis situations, with perseverance and work everything changes, "try to focus and help whoever is going through the situation in the family so that they feel the hand to move forward and try to help them understand that this is part of life and that they will be better than before, the mistake is thinking that you are going to stay down, you have to help because life is a roulette, one day you are down and another up.".

Juan Fidel González Cortorreal defines family as the most beautiful and important nucleus of society. With over five years in the business, he is a brother, nephew, and cousin, and understands that working with family provides security, constant support, motivation, and greater concern and care for colleagues. “Being family compels you to be more proactive and responsible than those who aren't, therefore we must lead by example every day regarding work responsibilities.”.

Caroll Angelina Andujar observes that working alongside family fosters greater harmony, clarifying that hierarchies and individual roles are respected. She will celebrate three years in the real estate field next month and is the niece and cousin of members of the Premium team. “For us, family is the fundamental core within which we contribute to holistic development. United by blood ties or shared interests, we form a team, plan for the future, and each of us plays a vital role.”.

“We reconcile our attitude towards our personal and professional lives, in order to maintain determination and focus on work productivity and keep personal emotions that could influence our goals out of the way.”.

Maintaining strength and faith is the advice she offers to families in crisis. “Not all solutions arrive when you need them, and remaining frustrated distracts us from a reasonable analysis of the solutions,” she says.

Luz Nicole Espinal Cortorreal, a niece, cousin, and sister-in-law, is new to the company. She joined the staff just a year ago, and for her, family represents a group of people who share common life goals. She sees the trust and affinity built over years of living together as an advantage of working alongside them. She limits herself to discussing necessary office matters and leaves her personal belongings at the entrance. “As long as they learn to prioritize and work for the common good without interfering in the lives of their loved ones, everything will evolve smoothly, and the crisis will be overcome, since nothing lasts forever,” she states when addressing crises.

Pamela María Gómez Bueno arrived six months ago. Related to her as both sister-in-law and aunt, she defines family as "the most important factor in life, and its members are the ones who motivate you every day to be your best self." Working together, she points out, provides unparalleled trust, allowing everything to flow more naturally at work, where we offer each other continuous support, and the relationship is warmer and more pleasant.

He maintains that he applies professionalism and respect in the workplace, ensuring that there is no distinction based on familiarity as long as the focus is on results. "If you put these values into practice, the working relationship will definitely be successful.".

"They should support each other and focus together on finding solutions to move forward, without creating more conflicts, and use trust and familiarity to make the crisis they are going through more bearable," is what she suggests to families.

María Rivas is the "newest member of the group," having joined just two months ago. She's connected to three families: niece, cousin, and sister-in-law, and she believes family is the foundation of any society. She cites trust, affinity, stability, camaraderie, and above all, a lot of love as benefits of working together.

When there is a clear objective and respect and commitment to the goals, everything is fine, she explains, referring to the separation of work and personal life. She succinctly calls on families to "resolve situations with a lot of love and respect.".
