SANTO DOMINGO. - Cruise On Land, one of the most ambitious tourist real estate developments currently underway in the eastern region, announced last night, October 30, the expansion of its alliance with Perla Global Capital Advisors Latam and other international organizations. This will allow for the global expansion of the model, whose first version originated in the Dominican Republic and which will subsequently be exported to other regions .
During the first edition of Our Great Journey , in which the brand unveiled various new products, launches and awards, the company's CEO, Luis Wolfgang Castillo , explained that Cruise On Land Punta Cana was born as a comprehensive development project that currently represents more than 700 million dollars in direct investment, which will encompass more than 2,500 jobs during its construction phase and more than 10,000 for its total operation.
The meeting, held at the Intercontinental Hotel in the Dominican capital, brought together a large group of brokers, real estate agencies, government representatives, businesspeople, and strategic partners to also present the progress and evolution of the real estate development that will encompass 15 buildings and a theme park with more than 100 attractions.
Samuel Lozada, COO and CGO of Cruise On Land, indicated that the company is in a new stage of growth.
