Have you ever wondered what the keys are to closing so many sales in such a competitive real estate market? Have you wondered why some close so many deals while others, with the same information, don't? One of the key ingredients is: trust. The answer is simple yet powerful, and it's what distinguishes the top 10% of salespeople in the world from the rest
Self-confidence is the foundation of everything. If we don't believe in our purpose, our abilities, and our team, we're not going anywhere. So… why do so many people struggle with confidence? Why are so many people insecure?
The answer lies in two words: fear and purpose. In a world where commissions are everything, where you work simply chasing a commission and are constantly thinking about when you'll make a sale to get paid, fear and stress can paralyze us if we don't get paid quickly, for example, or if a negotiation falls through because we're too focused on receiving the money from that deal. But when we have a purpose bigger than money, fear disappears and transforms into confidence and faith in ourselves.
As we gain more confidence in ourselves, we believe more in our abilities, our team, and our plan. This is what leads to success. Find that purpose because it's definitely something you want to achieve, and it will lead you to greater confidence. In my case, a few years ago, my "why" was that I wanted to be recognized as the number one RE/MAX RD agent, and I achieved it. What motivated me wasn't the money, but the recognition and personal triumph of reaching that position.
In conclusion, confidence is one of the cornerstones of achieving higher conversion rates. Imagine if we don't believe in ourselves; no one else will. Understanding this and applying it will lead us to unimaginable levels of results—I can tell you that from personal experience.
