SANTO DOMINGO.- Developer Sotavento Capital announced an open house to market its innovative project THE SIX and explain the particularities of this real estate development, which will be located in Santo Domingo Norte.
The project, which will have 715 apartments, is committed to a model that aims to become a benchmark for real estate transformation in the country, according to Sue Fernández, the project's sales manager.
He highlighted the attributes of sustainability, cutting-edge technology, and redefinition of urban life that will characterize it. The event will take place on November 26th on Jacobo Majluta Avenue.

Sotavento Capital is a company with over 20 years of professional experience. The project will be built by Solucreto, a firm with over 30 years of experience, and features a design by renowned architect Roberto Rijo, who has over 40 years of experience in residential developments.
