SANTO DOMINGO. – The company Santiago Casas RD announced the celebration of its annual gala “Gran Noche Top Brokers 2025” , an event dedicated to recognizing the performance of its agents and collaborators.
The event will take place on December 12, from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am, at Palo Alto, located on Rafael Vidal Avenue, where team members will gather to celebrate the achievements made during the year that is almost over.
Adonis Francisco, CEO of the real estate firm, explained that the main objective of the gala is to reward the effort, commitment and professional growth of its staff, in addition to strengthening the organizational culture that has identified Santiago Casas RD since its founding seven years ago.
19 official awards will be presented during the evening, distributed across categories of operational performance, professional growth, and sales and rental production within the real estate sector. These awards highlight outstanding values, including special recognitions for two prominent figures for their contributions and career achievements.
He said that among the most anticipated awards are the Top Broker Gold Seller of the Year 2025, Top Seller of Completed Properties, Top Producer of Rentals 2025, as well as the special closing with the SC Grand Champion award – Santiago Casas RD Spirit.

The gala will also include awards recognizing corporate culture, such as Heart of Service, Alliance & Brotherhood, Exemplary Collaborator, Elite Style & Image, and Personal Brand & Mastery in Social Networks, whose winners will be announced during the ceremony.
In addition to the awards ceremony, the event will feature a celebration party with music, entertainment, team-building activities, a photo opportunity, and an atmosphere designed for teamwork and a memorable end to the year.
