SANTO DOMINGO. – Sandra Lake, senior advisor at Plusval Dominicana, has been awarded the MVP Best Salesperson of the Year at the LVP Sales Awards 2024, this November.
A graduate of the Technological University of Santo Domingo (UTESA) with a degree in Marketing, she began her career in real estate administration over three years ago, preparing herself and learning more about the sector. It was there that she discovered her true calling: helping families find their dream home. She later joined Plusval, where she has spent over two and a half years growing and learning alongside her team.
The MVP award seeks to reflect the commitment of real estate agents to excellence and customer service, serving as motivation for them.
"Our work is not just a transaction; it directly impacts the country's economy and the fate of the families who trust us," says Sandra, who defines herself as a development agent.

“I love what I do, and it is an honor to receive this award which I dedicate to God, my parents, my partner, my broker Robert de León, my colleagues at Plusval, and, above all, to my clients, because their trust allows me to enjoy this achievement,” the winner emphasized.
The agent from Plusval Inmobiliaria highlighted the importance of continuous training and development in her career, emphasizing the induction programs the company offers to all its employees, specifically through Plusval University, a digital platform with courses and workshops taught by national and international experts. "Growth isn't a matter of luck; it's about preparation and constant learning. That's what I like most about our business platform," she said.
She described real estate as a booming sector today, encouraging realtors to be role models for future generations. “The real estate career in the Dominican Republic is at its peak, and it’s gratifying to see that many young people, like a 19-year-old on my team, are choosing this profession as a career path,” says Sandra, who affirms that she stays up-to-date on industry trends through ongoing training.
With this recognition, Sandra Lake not only celebrates her personal success, but also the growth and professionalization of the real estate sector in the country; however, she emphasizes the need to embrace achievements with humility and a permanent learning attitude.
“I go out every day to give my best effort; my competition is with myself. That's why I'm already planning my 2025, defining clear and achievable goals,” concluded Lake, who cited the values of honesty, transparency, kindness, and empathy as guides for her path.
