Real Estate Offer gets a makeover: It unveils a new corporate identity and announces the expansion of 6 new offices across the country

Santo Domingo – Oferta Inmobiliaria, one of the most prominent real estate firms in the Dominican market, held its first convention for its members yesterday, taking the opportunity to announce good news to its more than 100 real estate agents: a new corporate image and an expansion plan that includes the opening of 6 new offices in the next two years, in various locations across the country.

Gisselle and Jael Ventura explained that this is the first convention the brand has held and that the idea is to adapt the company's standards to the growth it has experienced in recent years and to the needs of its real estate agents.

“Now that the brand is at this level, we can see everything we have achieved, see where we are going, and even more importantly, continue training the team, which is what the sector needs most right now,” Gisselle emphasized.

A large group of 112 real estate agents gathered at the Sheraton Hotel in the Dominican capital, where the training session began early in the morning. The session featured a group of speakers and dynamic motivators focused on strengthening the growth and development of the audience.

“We are taking advantage of this activity to let our advisors know what the vision is that Oferta Inmobiliaria will have from now on and also to align ourselves all in the same harmony, in addition to having a moment to have a closer relationship with them,” declared Jael Ventura.

The Ventura brothers explained that their strategic plan includes a significant expansion where the brand will be present not only in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana, but will also extend its reach to Puerto Plata, Santiago, Las Terreras, and will renovate its presence in the National District, which was its starting point.

“Because of the success we have had in Punta Cana, we had concentrated there, and now we will return to the National District with several important projects that we already have. Now, with this expansion focus, we are resuming work here,” Joel stated.

New corporate image

Gisselle explained that they realized that the current image of Oferta Inmobiliaria did not represent the growth of the brand, so they sought experts and renewed the corporate identity to fit the current moment the company is experiencing.

“We kept the essence of the logo, but the colors have changed, and we have a new slogan that encompasses who we are and how we do things. Your right investment, because if it's not right, it's not your investment,” reads the company's new motto.

Both brothers explained that, through the strategic plan developed to guide the company's plans, the opening of six new offices is projected: Puerto Plata, Las Terrenas, Santo Domingo Norte, Santo Domingo Este and the National District.

A different vision

Gisselle maintained that Oferta Inmobiliaria's way of operating has always been different. “We analyze everything that is available and identify the projects that are opportunities for our clients. We don't promote everything; instead, we focus on those projects that represent an opportunity for our clients.”.

A golden year

Although the real estate sector has experienced a decline in recent times, according to some leaders, it has been a great year for Oferta Inmobiliaria, according to the Ventura family, who say that the different service they offer has helped them avoid the downturn; in fact, each month has surpassed the previous one, and their numbers indicate that "this has been their best year in terms of revenue.".
