SANTO DOMINGO.- RE/MAX Metropolitana announced yesterday that it signed an agreement with Daf Partners Trust Company for the marketing of a complex of 3,000 low-cost homes to be built in Santo Domingo North.
Ariel Grasso, Team Leader of the franchise, highlighted that this is the Palmas de Santo Domingo Norte project, which will be located around Jacobo Majluta Avenue and will be a novel family model, which will strengthen housing options in that growing area.
“At RE/MAX, we will be working with Mélido Marte and Ariel Grasso’s team, with the best disposition to offer our services with the quality and efficiency that characterizes us, to market this ambitious project that will contribute to the urbanization of this great area of Greater Santo Domingo.”.
He said that his company has 22 real estate agents and a ten-person department that handles all the administrative aspects of projects for builders.
He explained that the megaproject will feature various apartment models, affordable prices, and payment options for potential clients who wish to purchase their home in the real estate development, whose construction has already begun.
Grasso stated that his team has stood out for being the highest selling in the history of the franchise in the country, accumulating two international awards such as the Pinnacle Club Team, where it obtained the number one position in 2022; in addition to the international Closed Transaction Large Team Global last year.
In the case of Mélido Marte, he is one of the pioneering real estate agents in the national market, with more than 30 years of experience serving the sector, currently being the regional director of RE/MAX Dominican Republic.
Grasso points out that to achieve its good sales results, in addition to the project management and administration department, it has a network of real estate agents who work in collaboration with more than 2,000 brokers.
