Subsequently, Carlos Rondón, head of the Document Management Unit, shared with them the steps involved in processing a request, from the moment the user makes the request until its completion.

Upon going to the second floor, they arrived at the Title Registry area, and there, Jenny Lantigua, Registrar of Titles for the National District, explained to them the process that registrars carry out before issuing a Title Certificate.
Later, they visited the Registry Support Management office and spoke with the area manager, César Javier Márquez, who demonstrated the work performed by the legal analysts. On the third floor, they also visited the Surveying area, where they learned how plans and other documentation are reviewed.
Later, they visited the institutional vault and learned how technology has made operations more efficient.
The visit concluded with a tour of the office of the National Director of the Registry of Titles, Ricardo Noboa Gañán, who listened to the students' accounts of their experiences.
