SANTO DOMINGO. -The Real Estate Registry (RI) selected and swore in the new title registrars for different locations throughout the country, with the aim of optimizing real estate operations and strengthening the guarantees that the State provides to real rights and the system's responsiveness.
The sworn-in individuals are Joselin B. Vásquez Morel, Carmen D. Alcántara P., and Edward X. Placencio Guzmán, holders for the title registries of Santo Domingo, Cotuí and Mao, respectively.
In addition, Raysa Tejeda Carvajal, Claudio Coronado, José Frías Goris and Janny E. De Los Santos Concet, registrars assigned to Santo Domingo, Santiago, the National District and Baní.

During her speech, Indhira del Rosario Luna, National Director of Title Registration, highlighted the importance of preserving empathy and the capacity for wonder at the needs of citizens, fundamental qualities to perform the function with sensitivity and commitment.
He said that the position of title registrar not only represents a power of change in the life of each citizen, but also a responsibility that directly impacts access to property and the economic development of the country.
