SANTO DOMINGO - The Real Estate Registry (RI) invited participation in the public consultation process of the draft technical provision on registry alert of the regulatory framework of Law No. 108-05 of the Dominican Real Estate Registry.
The purpose of the registry alert service is to inform the subscriber, by electronic means, of the registry actions requested on a registered property, for which the service has been contracted.
A press release from the RI states that the project seeks to regulate the provision of the registry alert service, as a complementary information mechanism, in order to improve the mission of the National Directorate of Title Registration and the title registries.
He adds that the plan complies with Resolution No. 788-2022, General Regulations for Title Registration, approved by the plenary of the Supreme Court of Justice in its ordinary session No. 21-2022 held on Thursday, October 27 of last year 2022.
"This consultation process has been available since Monday, October 23 of this year, and will last for twenty-five (25) business days," the agency explains in the press release.
He explains that the digital documentation for submitting observations, recommendations and suggestions on this project is available on the Real Estate Registry website ( www.ri.gob.do ), in the “Public Consultation” section.
These comments, the state entity notes, must be submitted in writing to the email address consultadt@ri.gob.do, accompanied by the supporting documents, or deposited in physical form at the RI user service office, addressed to the Legal Management of the General Administration, located on Avenida Independencia, corner of Avenida Enrique Jiménez Moya, Centro de los Héroes de Constanza, Maimón y Estero Hondo, capital of the Dominican Republic, for the approval of the Supreme Court of Justice.
