In Punta Cana, architect Osman González will be in charge of a training day on December 3rd, which seeks to show how to achieve a greater connection between real estate agents and their clients, so that they strengthen their knowledge and obtain better results in their operations.
“Connecting with my clients” is the conference that will be given by the director of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), Eastern Region, an activity that is being convened by the Perassan Group, who invites to this first training meeting.
The meeting will take place at 9:00 am at the Pyhex Work coworking space, Plaza Cormont, Punta Cana, completely free of charge, and is aimed especially at real estate agents interested in improving their practices and boosting their growth in the real estate industry.

Osman González explained that during the meeting, attendees will discover tools on how to understand the power of conversations in real estate relationships and transactions with clients.
“Understanding the cycle of promises in building trust with our clients and the main skills of a real estate sales advisor,” he said.
In addition to being part of the board of directors of the AEI, González is the current commercial director of the developer Civilmek, and is also a coach and architect, a graduate of the Central University of Venezuela.
