“We are pioneers in the country in taking this firm step by starting the implementation of branded residences, which strengthens investor confidence and increases the value of properties, by having the experience of hotel chains managing them,” he said.
As he explained, this type of management will achieve efficiency in investment returns, as well as worry-free rents, and efficiency in the administration and management of condominiums.
In general terms, he stated that all his properties will have a broad scope in the management of condominiums and vacation rentals with hotel distribution.
This means that owners will enjoy worry-free rentals, as distribution and management will be handled professionally and luxuriously, going beyond traditional channels like Airbnb.
The six projects of Noval branded residences
According to Noval's asset management director, this comprehensive management of residential projects will be implemented across all of their real estate developments. Details are provided below.
In Bávaro, Punta Cana, there is the real estate development “Reserva Real by Harper”, which has 187 units.
Located in the Cap Cana marina is “Harbor Bay by Aston”. It offers a total of 186 units with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms.
