SANTO DOMINGO.- More than 30 companies and real estate agents have been nominated for the fourth edition of the Noval Awards, the main meeting held in the real estate sector of the Dominican Republic and which will take place next Thursday, December 12.
“They represent the best of our team: excellence, dedication and exceptional results,” Noval Properties posted on its Instagram account to announce the first companies and advisors who stood out in their sales performance during the year that is almost over.
For the main category, Novice of the Year, the nominees are Urban Group, Sunset Real Estate, Vita Home, Blue Caribbean Properties and RE/MAX Paradise International.
Rosaura Mejía, Vita Home; Madeline Canario, Inmoteca; Vincent Ares-Demers, from Sunset Real Estate; and Oscar Herrera and Luz Sarmiento, from Urban Group, have been included for broker of the year.
For the leading real estate company in Santo Domingo, the nominees are Tu CasaRD, Urban Group, Inmoteca, Múdate and Vita Home Inmobiliaria; in Punta Cana, the competitors in this category are Inversiones Aides, La Costa Destinations, Canablue, Blue Caribbean Properties and Keller Williams Punta Cana.
For the northern zone, the nominations in this field include Epkasa Real Estate, Veta Inmobiliaria and Rolando García Realty Group SRL; in the international category, Sunset Real Estate, Casa Dominicana, Viviendas en RD and RE/MAX Paradise International are competing.
The nominees for best real estate marketing are: Tu CasaRD, Apartamentos RD, Sunset Real Estate and Keller Williams Punta Cana.

Revelation of the Year, outstanding in international business, outstanding woman in the real estate sector, excellence and real estate focus and commitment to the client.
Some winners from last year
RE/MAX Premier International was crowned the big winner of the third edition of the Noval Awards last year, taking home the Noval of the Year 2023.
Also, Yolanda Landinez Realtor, from Santo Domingo TuCasaRD, Punta Cana Blue Caribbean, was the winner as the leading real estate agency in sales in the northern zone.
The broker of the year was Vincent Arés-Demers, of Sunset Real Estate, Erick Núñez, of Tu Casa RD, received the Noval Awards in the category “Commitment to the client”, among other award winners.
