SANTO DOMINGO - On September 28th, Noval Properties, a company with more than 20 years in the Dominican market dedicated to the promotion of tourist properties, will hold another of its traditional open house events, aimed at marketing its varied real estate offerings.
The developer announced, through its Instagram social network, that the appointment for the 2024 delivery called “Open house Las Maravillas del Caribe”, is scheduled for 10:00 am at the Beach Club Cana Bay, one of the main real estate developments located in Punta Cana, the main tourist center of the Dominican Republic.
For the 11,000 m2 space, 800 real estate agents from the country's leading firms have been invited, in addition to potential clients interested in investing in the East Zone, which is currently the fastest growing area in the Dominican Republic.
The real estate developer announced that the business meeting will feature special discounts where potential buyers can receive reductions of up to USD 26,000 on their properties, noting that space will be limited.
The projects that will have discounts during the event are: Silver Beach, Coral Bahía, Atlántida, Jardines de Bellas Artes, River Island and Riviera Bay, according to data provided by Noval to El Inmobiliario.
“The biggest investment party in the Caribbean real estate market is back,” posted Noval Properties, one of the developers that has built the most real estate projects in the East Zone, where the company began operations in 2003.
More than 20 years in the market
Grupo Noval began its construction projects in Punta Cana, extending its horizons towards Las Terrenas, Samaná, Santo Domingo, with plans to expand to Santiago de los Caballeros, Jarabacoa and Puerto Plata.
It owns several companies, including Noval Properties, Constructora Noval, Casa By Noval, Morgane Capital By Noval and Caribbean Connection, according to its official website.
Currently, it has a portfolio of more than two thousand units delivered, more than two billion dollars in sales, more than six thousand five hundred units projected, and more than three billion dollars in new developments.
Projects
The most ambitious project launched by the developer this year was Poseidonia Residences, a luxury real estate development, which will consist of more than 1,300 units and a giant 2,800 square meter swimming pool and will be located in the Cana Bay complex.
