SANTO DOMINGO - Noval Academy, the training program of the developer Noval Properties, concluded its educational plan for this year yesterday, with a face-to-face meeting in which around 700 real estate agents from various locations in the country participated.
“Real Estate Digital Marketing Skills” represented the closing of several sessions held in June-November, where 10 modules were worked on in virtual mode, in which different specialists on the subject intervened, and which added up to 20 hours of training.
The event took place at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center, Hall of Fame, with the participation of representatives from Punta Cana, Santiago, Las Terrenas and Santo Domingo.

The exhibitors
Vilma Núñez, marketing and sales strategist and advisor, started the morning with her topic "increasing leads to increase sales with artificial intelligence," through which she immersed the audience in a wealth of good content.
“Good salespeople sell value, not services; we sell experiences. Good salespeople don't forget and we follow up because that's where the power lies. Your role as a salesperson is to be a change agent. What matters is who knows me, not who you know,” were some of the tips offered by the expert.
Eduardo Laserna, CEO of YoSEO Marketing, and Leti Grijó, digital marketing specialist, CEO and director of Sherpa Campus, also spoke about "how to create a 360 Digital Marketing strategy applied to the real estate sector to increase positioning and customer acquisition.".
New features
During the event, Noval Properties presented two new developments: its entry into the international market, through Bogotá, Colombia, for which purpose Karolina Ochoa was appointed as commercial director.
He also announced the new Riviera Bay project in Punta Cana.
