SANTO DOMINGO. – The results of Modern Properties' Saturday open houses continue to allow the firm's plans to remain intact, with the motivation that things are going according to plan.
“Honestly, we’ve done very well. We’ve had some deals closed and others about to close, and we’ve managed to add more exclusive properties to our catalog for this program,” says Judith Félix, CEO of the brand.
This business model is very common in the real estate world. However, it's not necessarily designed to be carried out in cycles. "It was really an idea that came to me to do something different, consistent, and focused on a goal," the leader explains, outlining the reasons behind the ongoing program.

He adds that it takes place every Saturday from ten in the morning to four in the afternoon, which in his opinion is a flexible schedule that allows the interested public to find a time "to go and visit that property that interests them".
Félix recommends that Dominican real estate agents adopt this approach cyclically, as his agency has implemented it. He feels that by carrying it out for three months, until December 17th of this year, his firm has innovated and launched a distinct style that has proven effective.
He cites as motivation for potential clients the fact that these are properties that have already been properly vetted, which he markets in the open house plan for three months.
“The second is that when choosing our ideal investor, we will give top priority to a client of the program, and this is without mentioning the discounts to be applied,” he explains.
Their team of real estate advisors classifies them among those who work on the program and the rest who support it through promotion, but are not committed to punctuality.
Explosive end to the year
This is the name of the program that aims to provide 20 homes to 20 families over three months. “Our goal with this plan is to fulfill the dream of 20 families, so they can satisfy their need for a roof over their heads,” says Judith Félix.
One of the incentives is the discount, which will reach up to 10% depending on the property negotiation. Payment plans will also be available, depending on the guarantee offered by interested parties.
