SANTO DOMINGO. – The Ministry of Labor invited interested individuals to participate in job fairs for Higüey and La Romana , this Wednesday, April 30th , and Friday May 2nd , from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The fair for Higüey will be held at the provincial government building in that city, C/Agustín Guerrero, in front of the town hall, while in La Romana it will be at the Club Recreativo Inc. on C/Duarte, corner of Diego Ávila, in front of Duarte Park.
A press release highlights that there are 188 vacancies restaurant area , they are looking for a waiter, captain, manager, and bartender. In security an agent; in customer service , a receptionist, butler (concierge), customer service representative, and quality and after-sales coordinator; in administration, a manager and an officer; and in sales , a cashier/salesperson.
The Ministry of Labor, in its role as intermediary for companies that need to fill their vacancies, clarifies that the recruitment process depends on each company and some of them take a little longer, due to the nature of their vacancies.
