SANTO DOMINGO – The countdown has begun. There are 118 days left until the fourth edition of the “Master Real Estate Agent” event, which this year aims to transform the careers of professionals within the real estate sector, as well as elevate their structure and turn them into 360-degree real estate agents.
This information was released by its founder, Luz del Alba Rodríguez, a lawyer and surveyor, who specified that this new edition will feature “expanded content and more advanced strategies.” It will take place on July 5th at the Dominican Fiesta Hotel.
As he explained, the topics to be covered will allow workers in this market to learn to recognize and face the current challenges of the sector.
“We incorporated exclusive modules on effective communication for sales, real estate investment, property appraisal, and building a legal business structure,” he noted, going into detail.
He also added that this year participants will be able to get first-hand information from the CEOs of real estate agencies, who will reveal their strategies, best practices and their "secrets" within the market.
Rodríguez reported that real estate agents, lawyers, investors and developers can participate, and it is recommended that they have prior knowledge to get the most out of the program.
He also explained that professionals in the field who wish to improve their skills in sales, negotiation, communication, finance, legal analysis, and property management can register.
Luz del Alba, a specialist in real estate and civil law, emphasized the importance of agents having the necessary tools to guide their clients in the purchase, sale, or investment of real estate.

In this regard, he emphasized that one of the central themes of the event will be to provide participants with the knowledge to design a solid legal structure that guarantees their operations in a safe and efficient manner.
Furthermore, he indicated that they will be trained to determine the real value of properties as an appraiser, as well as to develop and achieve sales goals with communication strategies.

In an interview with El Inmobiliario, Luz del Alba Rodríguez, one of the presenters, announced that the “Master Real Estate Agent” will feature the participation of prominent professionals in the real estate sector, known as “Master Agents 360”.
First on the list is Francisco Suárez, who is a surveyor and appraiser specializing in real estate titling and valuation.
Also participating will be Luz Santana Marte, a business strategist and tax consultant, who has a certification in tax consulting and prevention of money laundering.
