Keller Williams Dominicana received this weekend the award for being number one in growth worldwide, within the franchise during the past year, among more than 60 countries that are part of one of the most recognized real estate agencies in the United States, founded in 1983.
In addition, the Dominican delegation won two more awards in first place: growth of agents and number of transactions carried out.
“We are so happy and proud to say that we received recognition from more than 60 countries,” said Rodelixsa Manzueta, regional director of KW Dominicana and main operator of the KW Capital business center.
In January, a delegation comprised of Ammon Chase and Lisette Montoto, Directors of Strategy and Expansion for Worldwide, respectively, visited the six offices that make up the franchise in the Dominican Republic, and were pleasantly impressed with the work model carried out by its members.
The positive evaluation received in its performance placed KW Dominicana within the world's Top 10 of the international franchise.
“These recognitions belong to G9, KW Dominicana and each and every one of our associates, not to mention our clients who make this possible. And we will continue to grow and impact the real estate market in the Dominican Republic, nothing will stop us!” declared an excited Manzueta.
The Dominican delegation received the awards at the Family Reunion Annual Convention 2023, held at the Convention Center in Anaheim, California, where a group of real estate agents from the company traveled to participate in the meeting.
