All roads lead to the same place for real estate agent Kreisky Pedroza: the world of real estate. So much so that her "plan B" has the sole objective of improving her "plan A," which focuses on always remaining within this sector.
She states it with such certainty, without any hesitation. She can't imagine herself outside of this profession, as providing services in this field is something that fills her with satisfaction.
Her love for this career is inherent to her very being. From her primary occupation, which is Economics, she has always been drawn to processes that require providing some kind of service to others.
In fact, within the financial sector, his experience focused on service and problem-solving. But before continuing to explore his professional journey, let's take a look at his personal story, at how it all began.
Pedroza came to the Dominican Republic from eastern Venezuela, where she felt practically at home due to the similarities between the two countries, in her perception. It was a great blessing for her.
She has been working as an agent for five years now. Along this path, her husband Elpidio Baute has been her partner, and her son Moisés has been her associate from the beginning.
Since starting this profession in 2019, she has embraced it and enjoyed every phase of her development as an agent, experiencing each stage of her evolution.
“From being a beginner and a sponge, to being a leader and sharing my knowledge of the sector,” she expressed when interviewed by El Inmobiliario.
But how did he actually get started in this world? He says that after understanding the Dominican Republic's economy, he decided to begin his career in the real estate sector in order to "offer appropriate advice.".
Previously, he worked for more than 10 years in the financial sector as a credit analyst; he was also an office manager and corporate banking manager in the state of Carabobo, considered at that time to be an industrial zone of great importance for his native country.
Working as a real estate agent has a human element that captivates her and keeps her engaged. It's the satisfaction she feels each time she sees someone acquire the property that suits them best, whether as an investment, a home, or for a business.
“The greatest satisfaction is generating a mutually beneficial relationship that lasts over time with that client,” Kreisky stated.

Furthermore, he noted that this has allowed him to receive an "invaluable reward" through the bonds of friendship and familiarity that is built with each client.
When talking about his work at the Elite House agency, Pedroza says that he is among the top performers in productivity.
“I am grateful to God for the blessings this activity has given me, and those yet to come. My focus is 100% on real estate and the rewards have been wonderful,” she said.
This real estate agency has approximately 200 agents, he specified. His team consists of 35 people, whom he divides into five subgroups with the goal of developing them into top producers and, at the same time, better people.
His work, a lifestyle
His workday begins at 5:30 in the morning. However, everything that follows during the day, whether work-related or personal, is not subject to a schedule.
“I can be at a celebration and working, or working and celebrating. I no longer differentiate or separate my activities. My family knows it, my clients know it. My mind is always in growth mode,” he stated.
Kreisky is clear that his work as a real estate agent goes beyond simple transactions. When asked if a real estate agent contributes to social well-being, his answer was categorical: “All legal, regulated activities carried out with care contribute to the well-being of society. We must strive to do our best, whatever we do, in whatever country we are in.”.
Regarding the challenges facing the sector, he preferred to cling to a phrase he recently read on a sign: "'There will always be problems and always solutions.' I focus on praying and taking action, and it works," he commented.
Finally, he points out that a real estate agent who seeks to be productive must be constantly learning, love what they do, have a positive mindset, and maintain emotional balance.
