SANTO DOMINGO. – The Investment Fund Management Company ALTIO announced that the rating agency Feller Rate raised the rating of the ALTIO I Closed Real Estate Investment Fund from BBBfa to Afa, because it has a portfolio that meets its investment objective, with adequate diversification in both properties and tenants.
Similarly, the rating agency raised the rating of the ALTIO Energía Closed Development Fund from A-fa to Afa, which reflects the maturity and entry into operation of several projects within the portfolio, as well as adequate diversification and superior performance in profitability and risk-adjusted index compared to similar segments.
Eliza Sánchez, CEO of ALTIO, praised the result, stating: “This achievement is the fruit of the hard work we have been doing to position ALTIO as the leading SAFI in fund management, always focused on innovation, risk management, transparency, sustainability and obtaining the best results for our contributors,” according to a press release.
The press release highlights that this is the first Corporate Development Fund to receive such a rating from a risk rating agency.

Feller Rate highlighted ALTIO's management, noting its robust fund administration structures and policies, comprehensive operating manuals, and a team of professionals with in-depth knowledge of the financial market. Furthermore, it belongs to a major economic group in the Dominican Republic
