The years have passed almost unnoticed. This is how real estate advisor Hugo Espinal expresses it when reflecting on his 15 years in the profession.
2009 was his starting point. At that time, he had begun the search for a business idea that would lead to an entrepreneurial venture for his life.
At that moment, she saw an opportunity to work in the real estate sector, at Plusval Dominicana. And she didn't waste it; she continues to work there today.
He recounts that, with the help of Eros Caamaño and Juan Chalas, he began his work within the real estate market of the Dominican Republic.
Hugo, an industrial engineer, shares that his profession fascinates him at every moment, both when facing challenges and in moments of great achievement.
“Being a real estate agent has given me the opportunity to help many people find their home. I love knowing that I can make a difference in my clients' lives, accompanying them in one of the most important decisions of their lives,” he stated in an interview with El Inmobiliario.
Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge. But above all, he highlights the satisfaction of being able to guide people through the purchase or sale of a property, a decision he considers "crucial.".

But there's something he treasures and values even more: the connection he makes with each client. Being able to help them and "be part of their process of finding a place to create memories" fills him with joy.
“My greatest satisfaction comes from the service and the connection with people. Knowing that I've helped someone find their home, that space where they can create memories and live happy moments, fills me with joy. The gratitude of my clients is what motivates me to keep going,” she expressed.
He describes how, in its early days, the real estate sector was completely different from what it is today. Fifteen years ago, he points out, there were no social media or digital platforms as part of the job. It was a completely rudimentary profession.
When reviewing the properties sold over the years, he cannot specify the exact number of transactions. However, he is certain that they have been "countless.".
“I don’t keep an exact count of all the transactions, but there have been enough for me to dedicate myself fully to this profession and have a fulfilling life because of it. Each house sold is a new story, a new home for someone,” Hugo explained.
Currently, the agent is leading a team of four people, but as he stated, throughout his years in this career, he has led larger groups.
From this experience, he highlights that the workspaces are very rewarding, since knowledge is shared and one learns from other members.
His day-to-day life as a real estate agent
Her routine generally begins at 6:00 a.m. She starts her day with exercise and then heads straight to the office, where she works with passion and dedication.
She's spent so many years in this industry that she finds it impossible to imagine another profession. She expresses it simply and readily, mainly because she feels this market has given her so much in her life.
When talking about his working hours, he emphasizes that he always dedicates the necessary time to satisfy each of his clients, both sellers and buyers.
She also has all the time needed to meet their expectations, adapting to each person's pace, as she considers it essential to accompany them at every step of the process.
In the coming years, she already has in mind what her work approach will be to grow professionally: she wants to continue expanding her network of contacts, have more happy clients, and grow her team.
