The man from San Pedro de Macorís recounts how he transitioned from medicine to the real estate sector: “H&J Real Estate was born from the experience my wife and I had when buying our first home. Ramírez notes that the evolution has been constant. “We started with a focus on tourist residential properties and little by little we have expanded our portfolio to include commercial and development projects. Every year we have exceeded our goals and adapted to market changes,” he says.

Every morning when the clock strikes 6:00 am, he gets up ready to dedicate between 8 and 10 hours a day to his work as a real estate agent, although he clarifies that the time can vary depending on the needs of the day and his clients, since he remains available "24/7". "I don't really have a fixed schedule for work," he says.
Had he not gone into real estate, he would still be practicing medicine full-time, he says, because through that field he helped people in a profound and meaningful way. “The satisfaction of improving lives through medicine is something that has always motivated me, and although I now do it in the tourism real estate sector, that desire to positively impact the lives of others remains the driving force behind my work.”.
