CAP CANA.- Gesproin Group and the company Infraestructura Dominicana (Infradom), announced here the construction of the first corporate and business building to be built in the Destination City, with a projected investment of US$16 million , for mixed use.
Level Business Center El Dorado Avenue and will consist of 92 business premises, a meeting room, a commercial level and common areas with landscape design, as explained by its representatives, during the launch held last Friday, May 30, at Dorado Park.
“For us, it is a commitment to Cap Cana and to the development of the commercial and office sector,” Joan Trilla and Javier Donoso, CEO of the company based eight years ago in the East region, where they have developed a portfolio of 18 residential tourism projects, explained El Inmobiliario
Donoso said the project arose from a genuine need for commercial space in the area and has been designed for all clients. “We have offices starting at 38 square meters and prices starting at US$153,000 , making it an ideal product for both investors and those seeking rental space to generate income, as well as those looking for a location to represent and develop their business,” the businessman commented.
Regarding access to the shopping center, taking into account the exclusivity of the destination and the security measures, he explained that there will be several ways to get there.
For his part, Héctor Baltazar, Vice President of Operations and Development at Cap Cana, welcomed the presentation of the first project of its kind in the Destination City, which, he explained, marks the beginning of a new stage in the evolution of the tourist complex characterized by its exclusivity and luxurious constructions.
“I want to extend our congratulations to the group of developers leading this initiative, a team with proven experience within Cap Cana that today is once again betting on this destination with a clear vision and a firm commitment to the development of our city,” the executive said.
Likewise, Alejandro Acebal, from the firm Acebal Canney Arquitectos & Asociados, explained that it is a modern and functional design, focused on companies that seek to project an image of success, comfort and efficiency, with offices adaptable to the needs and spaces designed to maximize the productivity and well-being of their occupants.
The project will be built by Infradom Dominicana, an ally of Gesproin and a company with a proven track record of experience in projects such as the Punta Cana International Airport, Grupo Raya Food, Grupo Noah, Cap Cana, Vista Cana, Casa de Campo, CEPM, among others.
