First CENI Expo Forum: gratitude for a memorable experience

On March 8th, I woke up early, as always, because the date had arrived for a long-awaited event that had generated a lot of excitement in the real estate world: the first CENI Expo Forum.

At 8:00 AM I arrived at the Catalonia Hotel, after stopping by the beauty salon to fix some legitimate physical imperfections, where everything was ready for the big day.

My partner in the adventure, Víctor Arrechedera, the event's general producer, was speeding up his pace more and more as the speakers, sponsors, and some punctual people who got up early to be in the front rows of the event arrived.

The Folkloric Ballet of the Ministry of Tourism was preparing with its group of dancers to pay homage to the Dominican land and tribute to women on their commemorative day.

The noise increased as representatives from TuCasaRD adjusted the large screen that welcomed everyone to the meeting, featuring two beautiful models handing out blue roses and a warm smile to greet the participants.

Flérida and Francisco registered attendees and placed the distinctive wristband on them, while Fidel immediately ushered those who had previously removed their wristbands into the Foyer. In the waiting area, some brands displayed their logos on giant back panels for greater visibility.

At ten o'clock in the morning, Arrechedera ordered the doors of the Grand Hall to be opened, while the Dominican flag waved proudly on two giant front screens and the orchestra welcomed the public with the representative rhythm of Dominicans: merengue.

From then until 7:00 PM, events unfolded as planned. A deluge of exquisite, insightful, accurate, and abundant content, presented with elegance and expertise, where all elements (sound, screen, etc.) combined to create a flawless experience.

Erick Núñez, voice-over, introduced the speakers; on screen a video about the role of women in the sector to pay tribute to "International Women's Day," which was complemented by a brief summary of their professional profile, gave way to their appearance on stage.

Excellent exhibits, exceptional hosts, presentations of innovative services (eco-friendly constructions and Coopinmobilia), news about tourist destinations and their attractions (Puerto Plata), music, raffles from some companies, a fashion show, a delicious lunch, toasts and lots of integration, is the summary of what was experienced at the first CENI Expo Forum.

Thanks to the speakers: Brenda Morales, Paola Romero, Marbel Lugo, Isely Almánzar, Elia Briceño, Birgitt Heinsen, Rodelixsa Manzueta, Zoila Abreu, Laura Pérez, María Grullón, Eliana Guerrero, Cinthia Medina and Erick Núñez for giving us a productive day that will surely translate into valuable contributions for the real estate and construction sector.

Our thanks to our sponsors who contributed to the success of the event; to the entire team at El Inmobiliario and Ganar-Ganar for their dedication; and to the participants for responding to the call and allowing us to realize our projections of gathering 300 attendees.

We reaffirm our commitment to continue contributing to the strengthening of the sector in the country. We look forward to seeing you in Santiago in June, God willing, with the same energy and dedication to delivering a top-quality event.
