SANTIAGO.- Expo Foro CENI will land on June 28th of this year in this Cibao city, in its second edition, full of good content to show the many reasons why the North Zone has become one of the most attractive destinations in the country in recent times.
“North Zone Beats Dominican Heart”, is the concept devised to be developed during the meeting, which will take place at the UTESA Convention Center, from nine in the morning to five in the afternoon.
“After the pandemic, the mindset of tourists, and therefore investors, changed. It's no longer just the amenities and features of the property that matter, but also the community where it's located, its climate, its surroundings, its culture, its natural resources, and the Northern region has it all,” explains Víctor Arrechedera, general producer of the event.
He explained that the idea behind the activity is to showcase the positive moment that Santiago de los Caballeros is experiencing with its extensive real estate development and its varied menu of attractions, which position it as an ideal location for sound investment and tourism.
The second installment has the support of APROCOVICI, the Association of Housing Promoters and Builders of Cibao, to which developers, real estate agents, engineers, architects, lawyers and all actors linked to the industry are being invited.
Expo Foro CENI is an integration platform conceived as a space for actors in the construction, real estate and tourism sectors of the country, with the strategic vision of providing them with tools that strengthen their practice.
During the Santiago meeting, the third edition of El Inmobiliario (The Real Estate Journal) will be distributed, with a section focused on highlighting the evolution that the Northern region has experienced and its cultural riches.
