SANTO DOMINGO - Everything is ready to welcome real estate agents this coming Wednesday, the 15th of this month, to the first "Real Estate Goals Marathon," where they will receive training on how to effectively organize their 2025 plans and boost their sales.
The TRES event hall, located at Lope de Vega Avenue 102, Piantini sector, National District, will be ready to receive the 100 real estate brokers who are being summoned for the meeting, organized by CEO Inmobiliario, a community of entrepreneurs in the sector.
“The goal is for those attending this training session to start the new year focused on structuring, establishing, and achieving their financial and personal goals,” highlighted Marisol Shanlatte, leader of CEO Inmobiliario RD.
He explained that those attending the event will be able to train their minds to define and achieve their 2025 goals, planning measurable objectives based on their aspirations and needs. “In the professional sphere, these goals include financial goals, sales, personal branding, etc., and in the personal sphere, goals related to economic well-being, paying off debts, building significant wealth, upgrading their vehicle, traveling with family, etc.”.
In keeping with the concept of the activity, organized by Acciones para Ganar, attendees can come dressed comfortably in sportswear.
Topics and exhibitors
The event, sponsored by Scotiabank and ProEstate Real Estate Group, will feature six experts who will present on various topics, all aimed at contributing to strengthening the sales of the participants.
The meeting will be inaugurated by the athlete Nelson Liriano, who will speak about "how to train the mind to achieve your goals"; César Pichardo will speak about one of the trending topics: personal branding, strategy to connect and sell.
Sales coach Pedro Guzmán will discuss “sales techniques, leadership and personal growth”; while Jahaira Roble, financial advisor and mortgage loan expert, will share her knowledge for the real estate sector.
Pedro Dipp, a veteran real estate agent, will discuss the innovative concept of the recently created ProEstate Real Estate Group, while Ariel Castillo, CEO of Elite House, will offer his testimony on "how to become a broker".
Five professionals will lead the training session: Marisol Shanlatte, founder of the CEO Inmobiliario RD community; Massiel Martínez, broker owner of Domus RD; Joan Báez, engineer and real estate advisor; Erika Morales, broker of MisCasasRD; and Leonel De la Cruz, sales manager of Hogarium Real Estate.
The entrance fee is RD$4,300 pesos and includes conferences, coffee break, buffet lunch and certificate of participation.
