Elite House: Boosting the Dominican real estate market abroad

SANTO DOMINGO – In a context where the Dominican real estate market is booming, Elite House has distinguished itself thanks to its ability to adapt to market trends and its innovative approach to real estate investment. This is according to Ariel Castillo, founder and leader of the brand, who emphasized that economic stability, favorable tax policies such as Confotur (the Tourism Development Fund), the trust law, and access to credit for both nationals and foreigners have made the country a preferred destination for real estate investment.

The growing demand for short-term rentals driven by platforms like Airbnb and the increase in tourism in key areas such as Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, Santiago and the Eastern Zone, “has created a favorable environment for the growth of the industry,” says Castillo.

The company, which has more than 1,100 properties in its portfolio, distributed in various areas of the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Mexico, Miami, Dubai, New York and Los Angeles, is emerging as one of the most dynamic and promising companies in the international real estate market.

According to Castillo, the company not only offers a diverse range of properties, but is also committed to providing comprehensive solutions to its clients, relying on a business model that combines innovation with the support of experts in coaching and leadership.

“The rise of tourist destinations like Punta Cana, Terrenas and Miches has further strengthened real estate investment, with a notable increase in interest from foreigners seeking to acquire properties in the country, whether to enjoy them or as a business opportunity,” said the founder of Elite House.

The real estate agency was founded in April 2016 by Castillo, a real estate agent with over 21 years of experience in empowerment coaching and recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Its beginnings were characterized by a small office of only 47 square meters in Santo Domingo.

Since its launch, the company has significantly expanded its operations, now occupying over 400 square meters across five offices in the capital, the eastern region, Punta Cana, Santiago, and Bogotá, Colombia. “And the team has grown as well,” Ariel noted, highlighting that it has grown from 5 to 180 agents in countries such as the Dominican Republic, the United States, Colombia, and Spain.

Regarding its administrative team, Elite House has evolved, now boasting 18 employees in key areas such as marketing, administration, and management. Similarly, it has grown from managing a single master broker to up to 15, demonstrating its capacity for market expansion, according to its leader.

The real estate advisor highlighted that the growth of his business is not only due to his strategic model, but also to the leadership of his management team and the quality of his collaborators.

Key figures at the firm include Berenice Zapata, current president of AEI Women and top producer; Julincy Garot, real estate productivity coaching specialist and Punta Cana sales manager; Engel de Jesús, director of expansion and compliance; Félix Toribio, Santiago sales director and top producer; Henry García, Santo Domingo sales manager and head of the Impulso 360 program, which offers coaching, mentoring, and leadership; Kreisky Pedroza, team leader and top producer; Rosanna Pascasio, team leader and top producer; Xiobelyn León, administrative manager and a key player in daily operations; Francisco Guzmán, top producer and advisor; and Guderian Marte, team leader and advisor.

“I am convinced that Elite House’s growth is due to the continuous training of our team and the collaborative work with each of our employees. Leadership through coaching and mentoring is a fundamental pillar of our success,” stated Ariel Castillo, reiterating the company’s commitment to the ongoing training of its team.
