SANTO DOMINGO.- Luciano Aquino Inversiones Real Estate announced this week the new Ecoverde 1 project, reporting that it is the first real estate development to be built in Bayahibe under the trust modality.
According to data provided by Eric Luciano and Gregory Aquino, leaders of the aforementioned real estate firm in charge of marketing the project, the complex will also feature underground parking, photovoltaic panels, among other amenities, and will be built on an area of 1,715 m2.
The building, which will have 46 residential units, will be located on the main street of Bayahibe, 600 meters from Bayahibe beach, according to a press release.
Representatives of Luciano Aquino Inversiones Real Estate explained that Cenco Bayahibe is the construction company in charge of the project, which will have as investors Gustavo Brito Morel, a renowned doctor in the area, and Gustavo Andrés Yanques Mery, with more than 20 years of experience in the development of projects in Chile, the press document points out.
The apartments will have 4 levels with various amenities, including spaces for bicycles, electric chargers and lockers; first level with lobby, wine bar, shop, suite and 1 bedroom apartments, all with double height ceiling.
“The second and third levels have similar features, including the aesthetic clinic and spa on the third level. The fourth floor is dedicated to the gym and 2-bedroom apartments. The fifth floor features solar panels, a rooftop pool, a solarium, a juice bar, and an ice cream shop, offering beautiful views of the beach,” the real estate advisors point out.
Unit size
The units range from 39 square meters to 113 square meters. Delivery is projected for August 2025.
Luciano and Aquino highlighted that the reservation fee is US$5,000, with 20% due upon signing the contract, 60% during the construction period, and the remaining 20% upon delivery of the work.
