SANTO DOMINGO.- The first KW Capital Land Fair will be held this coming weekend, from the 29th to the 31st, with ample facilities for those who wish to acquire a plot of land.
This event is an opportunity to acquire land in three exciting projects located in Boca Chica, where you can reserve with just ten thousand pesos and receive a discount bonus if you complete your initial payment within thirty days.
“Basically, we’ve secured special discounts and more time to pay the down payment. The pre-sale price is RD$2,995 per square meter, but this only applies if the 25% down payment is completed and the contract is signed before November 30th of this year. Reserve your lot with ten thousand pesos, complete the 25% down payment, and finance the remaining 75% directly with the developer for up to 7 years, or through your preferred bank.
Also included in the fair is the Los Beisbolistas Residential project in Jubey, Boca Chica, with lots starting at 180 sq m and RD$756,000. If you sign your purchase agreement before November 30th, you'll receive a RD$20,000 bonus, which you can apply to your down payment. You can finance 75% directly with the developer for up to 10 years or with your preferred bank.
In Bisamar III, La Caleta Boca Chica, lots start at 226 square meters, priced at $3,900 per square meter. You have four months to complete the down payment and receive a $10,000 bonus toward your purchase. Direct financing is available through the developer with up to 7 years to pay, or you can choose your preferred bank.
