SANTO DOMINGO – The schedule of training courses for the final months of the year is looking promising, suggesting that real estate agents can end 2021 strengthened and with renewed knowledge. This week, on Thursday the 28th, the AEI (Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies) will be holding a free virtual Masterclass at 6:00 PM, titled “The Financial Matrix for Every Real Estate Agent,” with expert Daniel Cuesta. The organization is also calling on interested parties to come and register for the last CBR 01 course of the year, which will be held virtually from November 15 to 19 of this year.

This training day aims to support new agents entering the sector in a guided manner, with the basic tools to offer their services appropriately.

Similarly, for the fourth year, Mujeres Inmobiliarias, which currently has around 100 members, will celebrate its “Real Estate Woman Day” on November 17 of this year, an event dedicated to entrepreneurial and business women.
The latest industry news, specialized training, high-impact conferences, and recognition of the most outstanding women in the sector for their participation and growth in their business will be combined in a hybrid event, combining in-person and virtual elements.
Money laundering, mortgage intelligence, the ABCs of real estate law, and neuro-closing will be the topics guiding the workshop scheduled by César Moreta on December 2nd, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in person.
“We will give you advice, tips, tools and guides so you can have complete confidence in handling a million-dollar closing,” Moreta posted on his social media.
In addition to the organizer, three facilitators have been invited to the intensive course: Jahaira Roble, a financial advisor specializing in mortgages; Reyna Echenique, a lawyer specializing in real estate; and Ulises Seijo, a lawyer specializing in the prevention of money laundering.
