SANTO DOMINGO – At a meeting held in Punta Cana, Canablue celebrated its 2024 achievements, a year that, according to the brand, was full of success and consolidation in the competitive real estate market of the eastern region.
A press release highlights that the company's team reflected on the progress made, recognizing excellence within its team and renewing its commitment to the values that define the brand.
Canablue's leaders have described their year as "exceptional." The company received the Best of DR 2024 , a recognition that underscores its presence in the real estate market. They reported a 33.92% increase in property sales, demonstrating the sector's sustained growth and the confidence placed in them by their clients.
"One of the most important milestones this year was international expansion, taking its brand to key cities such as New York, Krakow, Warsaw, and Toronto. This reflects the growing appeal of Punta Cana as an ideal destination for international investors," the press release states.

He adds that open house events were also held, which strengthened relationships with real estate agents and potential clients. On a structural level, Canablue began construction of its new headquarters in THE PLAZA , in downtown Punta Cana, a move aimed at improving its accessibility in the region.

The day also allowed the team to review the evolution of the company, which from its beginnings in 2012 until the opening of its first office in 2019 has overcome significant challenges, including the impact of the pandemic in 2020, remaining true to its vision of offering a service based on transparency, trust and excellence.
Pamela Nuñez, founder of Canablue, shared her inspiring journey, from her training as an English teacher to her roles in the banking and legal sectors, which led her to create the company. Her vision, born from her knowledge of the Punta Cana real estate market, has been key to offering a real estate experience focused on the client's needs, she noted in her presentation.

During the event, the most outstanding members of the team were recognized, with awards given to Anna Lasota for her excellent referral network, Christophe Poteloin for his networking skills, Pamela Gómez for her outstanding social media marketing, Teresa Sullivan as revelation of the year, Ernesto Rivas with the Canablue spirit award, Cristina Socias as the best listings agent and salesperson of the year, and Luis Sangiovanni for the best sale of the year.
