SANTO DOMINGO – Banco BHD announced that for the third consecutive year it will sponsor the New York City Real Estate Fair aimed at Dominicans residing in the United States. The event will take place from September 5 to 7, 2025, with the participation of more than 25 construction and real estate companies that will present their projects in the Dominican Republic, including those in the planning, construction, and completion phases.
During the fair, the financial institution will offer information and guidance on the processes of acquiring and financing homes in the Dominican Republic for explanatory and educational purposes.

This edition of the fair will take place from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm at The Armory Arena, located at 216 Fort Washington Avenue, New York, near NY Presbyterian Hospital.
Real estate companies and construction firms will be located in clearly marked booths, where staff will be on hand to present their real estate portfolios to attendees. More than 5,000 housing options available in the Dominican Republic will be showcased at this fair.
The bank reported that it has experience providing financial advice to Dominicans living abroad. Previously, it sponsored real estate initiatives at fairs held in Madrid, Spain, and Orlando, Florida.
