SANTO DOMINGO.- Banco de Reservas announced this Tuesday that it will hold its first real estate fair in Madrid, Spain, from March 14 to 16, offering more than 7,000 housing units to potential buyers.
In a press release, the bank explained that the trade fair will have attractive financing conditions for Dominicans residing in Europe.
Samuel Pereyra, president of the financial institution, stated that this initiative aims to make the dream of many Dominicans residing in Europe a reality, to acquire their own home in their country of origin and at the same time support one of the most important productive sectors of the country, which is construction.
Attendees at the fair, which will take place at the Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana hotel, Plaza Carlos, Trias Bertrán 4, will receive advice on the properties on display, to access the best options, tailored to their needs.
The event will feature Inmobiliaria Reservas, Tu Casa RD and Plusval Dominicana, three of the leading real estate companies in the Dominican Republic, offering a variety of properties in the country's main destinations.
Also joining will be prominent builders, including Constructora Celik, Constructora Bisonó, Crisfer Inmobiliaria, Servinta, LVP Real Estate, CBS Development, Grupo VP, Constructora Caliche and Inmobiliaria Santerra.
"Buyers will have access to various real estate projects with complete security and guarantee. The requirements to begin the mortgage financing process are: Dominican identity and electoral card, copy of passport, proof of income; and if married, a copy of the marriage certificate and the option to purchase the property contract.".
This fair will allow Dominicans residing in Europe to finance the purchase of homes in the Dominican Republic, through an attractive value proposition, with a wide offering of more than 7,000 functional units throughout the country, the press document highlights.
