The real estate firm Pragma Capital announced that it will be part of the real estate fair that will take place from September 27 to 29 in New York, bringing proposals for Dominicans residing in the Big Apple.
A press release highlights that the company will be proposing two land development projects. One is Samanes del Este, located in La Vega, and the other is Paraíso del Este, located in Santo Domingo Este.
The press release notes that the brand will be present at the Banco BHD Real Estate Fair, at Radio Hotel, where they are offering a 20% discount, payment facilities and financing for up to 10 years.
“This discount is only valid for the duration of the fair, and those who cannot attend can still contact us to take advantage of it,” highlighted Julio Cabrera, manager of Pragma, who added that they offer up to 6 months to complete the 20% down payment, with direct financing without interest, and in the case of Paraíso del Este, in Santo Domingo Este, the first 50 buyers at the fair will also receive 300 blocks.
He explains that both projects offer spacious and versatile building plots to build to your liking or invest in a property with great growth potential, located in easily accessible areas, close to the development of shopping centers that include supermarkets, restaurants and other stores.
"Samanes del Este and Paraíso del Este are designated for the development of residential areas, apartments, and commerce, all rigorously planned to offer proper management that guarantees the maintenance of the areas, as well as a smart investment, with possible added value due to the high demand in these areas," the executive highlighted.
They will have paved streets with curbs, underground electrical wiring, connection to a wastewater treatment plant, and all the soil studies that allowed the approval of the work by the corresponding state institutions were carried out.
