The platform introduces new features and improves communication for real estate agencies and brokers.
SANTO DOMINGO. - Last night, November 19, AlterEstate presented the updated platform, which aims to improve multichannel communication with Inbox and new functionalities of Bricknode, the virtual assistant that optimizes customer and property management.
During a meeting with a large group of real estate agents, investors, companies, and other guests, Michael Mota, CEO of the brand, highlighted that AlterEstate's evolution has been achieved thanks to the collaboration of its users.
“The concept of 'evolving together' arises because everything we have built is thanks to you,” the young entrepreneur stated, emphasizing that none of the founders belong to the same user group, guaranteeing independence and inclusion in development.
AlterEstate functions as a CRM designed specifically for real estate agents, allowing them to register properties, manage contacts, track clients, and close sales more efficiently.
Integration with Inbox allows all these processes to be centralized in a single control panel, automating previously time-consuming tasks such as sending reminders and updating contacts. This translates into greater productivity and efficiency for the agents and companies using the platform, Mota explained.
Regarding Brick, the executive reported that the existing virtual assistant received significant updates that expand its functions, allowing for real-time automatic assistance, report generation, customer tracking, task organization, and immediate access to property information, improving the user experience and reducing human error.
Mota added that collaboration with users has been key: “The true builders of the software are you, the users who have given us your projects. This has allowed us to create a product 100% developed with the needs of the real estate sector in mind.”
Since its launch, AlterEstate has achieved more than 5,000 active users in six countries, establishing itself as a comprehensive technological tool for the real estate sector, capable of adapting to different markets and needs.
Integration with Corotos
Javier Piña, CEO of Corotos, stated that the integration with AlterEstate has been key: “The collaboration with AlterEstate allows more than a thousand agents to automatically send their listings to Corotos each month. This saves time and allows agents to manage dozens of properties with just a few clicks,” he noted.
He noted that Corotos and AlterEstate have been working together for over two years, strengthening the real estate market and making processes more efficient and transparent for agents, companies, and investors. He also reported on updates to the property listing page, which now includes redesigned images, a features section, and a map that accurately reflects the exact location for security, improving the experience for all users.
During the presentation, attendees were able to learn about the platform's features, participate in demonstrations, and experience firsthand how AlterEstate, Inbox, and Bricknode updates automate tasks that were previously manual, increasing the productivity of agents and companies.
With these updates and strategic alliances, AlterEstate reinforces its leadership in the real estate market, offering integrated solutions that facilitate communication, data management, automation with Bricknode and property sales, positioning itself as a key ally for agents and companies in the region.
