SANTO DOMINGO - After a two-year absence due to COVID-19, the AEI, Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, returns with a new edition of its real estate congress, for all actors involved in the real estate industry interested in renewing and updating knowledge.
“The New Real Estate Era” is the name given to this 2022 edition, which will bring together three prominent international experts who, during a full day, will share their accumulated experiences and the new trends emerging in the real estate market with the participants.

The meeting will take place on August 4th at the Catalonia Hotel, Santo Domingo, with the mission of uniting real estate professionals in an open international activity, with the vision of updating, communicating, training, and uniting in a single voice, while integrating the generational shift that is emerging with great force in the real estate market,” states the information posted on the official website.
“Three international guests will bring a new way of thinking and promote the practice of the most innovative market trends globally,” says the AEI.
The event, which will take place from eight in the morning, will feature a panel chaired by prominent real estate entrepreneurs, each of whom will speak about their vision for the immediate future of the sector.
About the congress
“The AEI congress is the most important real estate event in the Dominican Republic. It is an annual meeting of our members with the aim of achieving integration among all the actors that make up the country's real estate industry,” the organization explains.
Cindy Castillo, from the Dominican Republic; Carlos Rentalo, from Spain; and Ana Seidy López, from Costa Rica, will facilitate the event, which is open to all stakeholders in the real estate business. Alberto Bogaert, president of the organization, will serve as moderator.
The panel will include Juan Estévez, Mr Home; Juan Chalas, from Plusval Dominicana; Isely Almánzar, Keller Williams Norte; the master of ceremonies will be Nikauly de la Mota.
