SANTO DOMINGO - The opportunity to start your career as a real estate agent, guided by a group of experts who will provide you with the necessary classes for a successful launch, is opening up again with the course offered by the AEI, Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, for those who have recently entered the world of real estate or plan to do so.
“CBR 01 Certification, Real Estate Training and Management for New Agents”, returns from September 19 to 23 of this year and you can take it from the comfort of the space you choose because it will be in virtual mode from 5:30 to 9:30 PM, for five days.
It will be 20 hours of intensive classes so that at the end you will receive a certification that will accredit you as a CBR 01. Focus so that by the end you are able to develop and implement your work plan, which will guarantee a successful career as a real estate agent.
You'll learn about property appraisals with Claudia Castillo; Edgar Arguello will tell you how to successfully market properties. Midway through the course, on Wednesday the 21st, Robinson Cuello will show participants the legal aspects of the real estate business; while the experienced Iván Guerrero will discuss the best techniques for acquiring properties and include effective tools for creating sales-driven listings.
In module four, Teresa Pérez and Alenny Garabito will talk about the management of ethics in real estate businesses; Roberto Carlos Jorge will introduce new agents to the knowledge of Law 189-11 on the Development of the Mortgage Market and the Trust.
Team leadership will be addressed by Marbel Lugo. The second part of that final day, Friday the 23rd, will be dedicated to guest speaker Freddy Liriano, who will talk about the AEI marketplace, a networking and business generation tool.
The highlight of the final night will be led by Juan Estévez, from Mr Home Real Estate Advisors, who will talk to the students about his experience as a real estate entrepreneur.
