With the participation of more than 360 players and the support of major companies, the event combines sport, high-level networking and social impact, consolidating itself as one of the most important events on the national corporate calendar.
SANTO DOMINGO – The Adozona Business & Golf Weekend returns from June 19-21 with a new edition at the exclusive Corales Golf Course in Punta Cana. Organized by the Dominican Association of Free Zones (Adozona), this tournament has established itself as the largest and most successful business event in the country, bringing together 360 players and key representatives from the national and international business sectors.
For three days, attendees will experience something that goes beyond sports, combining competition, strategic relationships, corporate synergies, and a social component that positively impacts vulnerable communities.
“This tournament is a key meeting point for leaders in the free trade zone sector, where not only is competitiveness and teamwork promoted, but also strategic alliances that drive the country's economic development,” said Claudia Pellerano, president of Adozona.
The tournament will be played in a doubles scramble format, with players divided into three handicap categories (A, B, and C), and a single category for women. Activities will begin on Thursday the 19th with player registration and the traditional shotgun tee-off. The second round of play will continue on Friday the 20th, followed by an elegant "Adozona Cigar Night" on the beach at the Westin Hotel. The tournament will conclude on Saturday the 21st with the final round and an awards dinner.
The event is supported by renowned companies committed to excellence, innovation, and development. Banco BHD and Mastercard are among the main sponsors, reaffirming their commitment to the free trade zone sector.
