SANTO DOMINGO – The AEI, the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, will close out its Masterclass series for the year with a bang, featuring a highly relevant topic for the industry. Starting on December 1st, the organization will host a major event dedicated to the construction sector.
The “Development of an Immovable Project” is the fifth and last Masterclass of the year that the entity will hold free of charge, at six in the afternoon.
Guided by engineer Wayne Wheeler, participants will learn about the structuring, pre-construction, sales, construction and after-sales stages of projects.
“This event will give you the guidelines to improve your customer service, answering your questions and concerns about projects, from the initial concept or idea to the delivery of the units, step by step,” the AEI stated on its Instagram social network.
Wheeler is an expert real estate developer from the new generation of promoters-builders, who works adding value with cutting-edge projects focused on well-being.
He is Vice President of Business Development and co-founder of Abode Construction. He has developed his professional career internationally in countries such as the United States, Argentina, and Haiti. He also holds an MBA and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Despite the limitations presented by the COVID-19 era, the AEI, an entity that brings together real estate agents and companies, has maintained throughout 2021 an intense schedule of training courses, through which more than a thousand real estate agents have benefited.
