PUNTA CANA – Grupo Cana Rock completed the second phase of the Cana Rock Star II real estate resort complex of 305 apartment units with an investment of US$68.2 million and plans to complete 2558 units by 2028.
The completed phases are Cana Rock Condos with 171 units, Cana Rock Star I with 165 units, which have already been delivered, a press release highlights.
The opening ceremony for Cana Rock Star II was attended by President Luis Abinader; Minister of Tourism David Collado; and other national and provincial authorities, as well as representatives from various real estate agencies, investors, and commercial banks.

The keynote address was delivered by Evagrio Sánchez, president and CEO of the Cana Rock Group, who stated, “Cana Rock has seven projects. Two years ago, we delivered Cana Rock Star Phase I, and today we celebrate the completion of the second phase of Cana Rock Star. Over the next four years, we will continue with the other five developments, which will add up to a total of 2,558 apartments.”.
Sánchez highlighted Javier Hermana's important role in the development and promotion of Cana Rock and how, thanks to his innovative marketing techniques, today various developers have 11 proposals totaling 3,000 apartments, completing the first stage of the Cana Bay project.

Cana Rock Star
The Cana Rock Star apartments are located near holes 3, 4, and 5 of the horseshoe-shaped Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay. Each area includes swimming pools, 24-hour security, exclusive restaurants, children's play areas, parking, and everything necessary for a first-class residential experience.
The 624 apartments are distributed across nine five-story buildings with elevators. They range from one to three bedrooms, with pre-installed jacuzzis and private gardens on the first floor, covered terraces on levels two through four, and two-level penthouse apartments on the fifth floor that include a semi-covered terrace and solarium.
