LA ALTAGRACIA PROVINCE.-TuCasaRD, one of the leading real estate companies in the Dominican Republic, announced yesterday that it has signed a strategic alliance with Grupo San Juan Punta Cana, one of the main developers in the eastern region.
A press release highlights that the collaboration will allow investors to have exclusive access to high-level projects in the most dynamic area of the Caribbean.
It states that the agreement reinforces both companies' commitment to excellence and growth in the real estate sector, providing opportunities in luxury villas, tourist apartments and strategically located lots.

“This alliance allows us to continue offering the best investment options in Punta Cana,” said Wester Hernández, CEO of TuCasaRD.
He said that through this agreement, the company he represents will be in charge of the commercial management of Grupo San Juan Punta Cana, while also acting as master brokers for its real estate projects.
For his part, Jesús Montano, from Grupo San Juan, highlighted that TuCasaRD is a benchmark in the sector, with which they will further promote the development of the region.
Tu CasaRD is a real estate company with more than 10 years in the national market and around 200 real estate agents, dedicated to marketing properties in the main tourist destinations of the Dominican Republic.
