SANTO DOMINGO.-The Vólquez Martínez group and associatespresented the real estate project "Torre Vistas del Teatro 21", a residential building with 72 apartments, which will be located in the heart of Gascue, in front of the grounds of the National Theater of Santo Domingo.
The launch took place at the Dominican Fiesta Hotel, where clients and associates gathered for a presentation led by engineer Augusto Vólquez Martínez.
Martínez emphasized that the tower is part of the firm's diversification and expansion strategies, offering quality projects for almost 3 decades.

"The tower is taking social areas to a higher level, housing coworking spaces, a spa (with a beauty salon, massages, and sauna), a gym, a multipurpose room, a meeting room, a play area for children and teenagers, a lounge bar, two areas with BBQ and a jacuzzi each; a spacious luxury lobby with a double-height ceiling and 4 levels of parking for visitors," a press release highlights.
Marketing will be handled by Elite House and the estimated delivery date is June 2028.
